01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the taya03 website, downloading the taya03 mobile application, registering an account, or placing any wager on the taya03 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taya03 platform and close your account. Continued use of taya03 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

taya03 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on taya03, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing taya03 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of taya03, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with taya03 or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had a taya03 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

taya03 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on taya03. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering your taya03 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify taya03 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

taya03 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where taya03 reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

taya03 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the platform from time to time. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. taya03 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close the associated account where a third-party funding source is identified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. taya03 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable verification requirements.

Verification: taya03 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• taya03 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements;
• taya03 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• Dormant account balances may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

taya03 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all taya03 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• taya03 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim publicly advertised offers.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya03 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

taya03 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the respective game pages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, taya03 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, taya03 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. taya03's decision in such matters is final.

• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited;
• taya03 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of game manipulation or exploitation of software errors;
• All game results are final once confirmed by the taya03 system, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya03 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the taya03 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing taya03 using automated bots, scripts, or any software that simulates human interaction;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the taya03 platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya03 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your taya03 account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using taya03 to facilitate any unlawful transaction.

taya03 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and internationally. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

08 Responsible Gaming

taya03 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the taya03 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

taya03 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya03 platform — including but not limited to the taya03 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of taya03 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya03 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any taya03 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on taya03 content;
• Use any taya03 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the taya03 platform.

Any unauthorized use of taya03 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by taya03.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya03 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya03 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the taya03 platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond taya03's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the taya03 platform.

taya03's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya03 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

taya03 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya03 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and taya03 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

taya03 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the taya03 service.

12 Amendments to These Terms

taya03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taya03 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the taya03 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting taya03 customer support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taya03 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, taya03 operates an internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to taya03 customer support, and taya03 will endeavor to provide a written response within ten (10) business days of receiving the complaint.
